About Josh Erickson

Over 17 years working as a massage therapist and the past 6 as a structural integrator, I’ve learned that your body isn’t just a collection of separate parts – it’s one interconnected system where everything affects everything else. Think of it like a sweater: pull one thread, and the whole thing shifts. I focus on looking at the bigger picture to understand how your body works as a whole. When your body is constantly working against gravity due to misalignment, your whole system has to compensate. My approach addresses these root patterns to create more sustainable results.

As a NASM-certified personal trainer currently completing the Gray Institute’s GIFT Fellowship and studying fascial physiology with experts like Karin Gurtner, I bring a unique perspective that complements traditional healthcare and fitness approaches. My background also includes two yoga teacher trainings, which deepened my understanding of how breath, alignment, and mindful movement work together. Physical therapists excel at rehabilitation and recovery, while personal trainers are fantastic at building strength and fitness. My background allows me to work in the valuable space between these disciplines, helping reorganize movement patterns so you’re working with your body’s design rather than against it. Whether you’re recovering from injury, dealing with chronic pain, or just want to move and feel better, my approach creates sustainable changes that help you get back to doing what you love with confidence.
